Race Be Run

A young kiwi farmer dons a Superman costume and runs solo along Canada’s highways raising money for cancer charities. Along the way, he processes the sudden loss of his parents, and the realisation of what cancer’s familial links now means for his own mortality.

This film received a special mention for the Best New Zealand Short category at the Doc Edge Awards 2026.
