A madcap look at the Paddle Tennis community of Venice Beach. Once thriving, it is now kept alive by a collection of oddballs, including an Italian male model, a degenerate gambler, and Hollywood’s most accomplished party crasher. When Pickleball arrives on the beach and overtakes their beloved courts, the locals hatch an over-the-top plan: a $50,000 winner-takes-all paddle tennis tournament — only to find top pickleball players entering.
