Less than 5gr of Saffron

Golnaz, a 23-year-old Iranian immigrant in Germany, opens a pack of saffron and the smell carries her home. As she cooks rice from memory, the kitchen begins to dissolve into something else: the boat, the water, the family she lost three years ago.
