Refugee Zacharia Machiek has a dream.
One of the original ‘Lost Boys’, now living in Australia, Zac’s passion is to build a much-needed school back in his home village in South Sudan, one of the world’s newest nations.
Zac enlists the backing of an equally well-meaning but inexperienced group of supporters. They decide to undertake a 42-day charity walk down the east coast of Australia to raise funds for the venture. Thwarted by escalating conflict back in South Sudan, and shocked by a broken relationship, Zac has to draw on all his resources to keep his dream alive.
